Flood Risk Assessments
We currently have two versions of the flood risk assessment presentations that are CPD certified:
- "Flood Risk Assessments" to comply with National Planning Policy Framework and;
- "Flood Consequences Assessments" to comply with Technical Advice Note 15.
These cover the following:
- Legislation relevant to the planning process
- The considerations required to satisfy legislation
- Preparing a suitable flood risk assessment
- Planning policy on development and flood risk
- Strategies for developing in flood risk areas
Time: 45 minutes and 15 minutes question and answer session
